PROGRAM OFFICER, MONITORING AND EVALUATION (M&E) OPPORTUNITY SCHOOLS PROGRAMME
Virginia Ngindiru holds a Bachelors of Education (Early childhood studies) from Kenyatta University. Her passion for development work led her to Nepal where she served as an International Early Childhood and Basic Education Advisor with VSO International for two years.
In addition, she has worked for over five years in the area of teacher training building the capacity of educators working with children. Her motivation lies in the desire to make an indelible mark in the lives of the marginalized and less fortunate by enhancing access to quality education. She is currently serving WERK as the Program Officer, Monitoring and evaluation.
To achieve the above stated goals, WERK has been working with in partnership with likeminded organizations with a view to having a vibrant and community of practice. The core team is made up of the following organizations:
